Appointment Hours
Tuesday thru Saturday: 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. We will gladly schedule appointments outside of these hours.

Cancellations Policy
GG Marlene reserves appointment times exclusively for each client. We are committed to being here to serve you and ask that you honor your commitment to us as well. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation with less than 8 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Cellular Phone
The spa is a retreat for your body, mind and spirit. Out of consideration for others we request that visitors keep noise to a minimum and dedicate your time to complete relaxation. Switching off cellular phones and other electronic devices disconnects you from the mobile world, if only for a short period of time, but will take your mind off worldly concerns.

Children Policy
Children under twelve are not allowed in the treatment rooms nor may they be left alone in the reception area.

Gift Certificates/Series Discounts
Treat a friend or loved one by giving them an experience they will never forget. Gift vouchers are available for use against any treatment or retail products.
We have online gift certificates available for your convenience.

Location
4600 Military Trail is on the NW corner of Military and University. We are on the ground floor to the right of the main entrance.

Payment
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. In the unlikely event that a check is returned there will be a charge of $15.

Reservations
We recommend that you book well in advance to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card is required at time of booking.
